Central Oregon Irrigation District Announces a New,

Convenient Way for Residents to Pay Assessments

Central Oregon Irrigation District is pleased to announce that patrons can now pay their irrigation assessments with an American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or VISA® credit card or debit card.

During the past few years the District has received numerous requests from patrons asking to pay their assessments via credit card.   As statute prevents a governmental entity from absorbing any costs related to credit card processing, the District was unable to allow that request until they contracted with Point & Pay, a third party vendor.  Point & Pay calculates and charges a nominal fee that is added to the assessment for this service.

Patrons can make their payments via credit card at the District office, via a phone call to the District office or online through the internet.

Information requested will include a patron ID number, credit or debit card information, and the amount that is to be paid.
